  2. Choose Add custom connector. Name it Circes and paste the MCP server URL above.

YOUR FIRST CONVERSATION

Start with a simple question.

“Use Circes to summarize my business dashboard and tell me which areas need attention.”

Confirm your assistant actually calls a Circes tool. Then explore campaigns, inventory, recommendations, and outcomes.

A little help, if you need it.

Connection expired or nothing happens after sign-in

Close the old login tab. Reopen Circes from your assistant’s connector settings and choose Connect again. Finish within 10 minutes in the same browser. Allow cookies for mcp.circes.ai. Don’t resubmit a completed login form.

Which email and password should I use?

Your Circes account credentials. They don’t need to match your Claude or ChatGPT email. Your account must be linked to a business and must not require a password change. An unscoped super-admin account cannot grant access to every business.

Can my assistant run Circes agents?

Agent tools require the assistant to request agent access, your approval on the Circes consent page, and available Circes analysis credits. If the consent page only offers data access, that connection can only read data. Agent runs use Circes credits separately from your assistant subscription.

What data is shared?

Your assistant receives the results of the Circes tools it calls. Those results can contain business data and become part of your assistant conversation. Circes enforces your account’s business permissions; it does not share your Circes password or Amazon credentials with the assistant.

How do I disconnect?

Disconnect Circes in your assistant’s connector settings. Connections also expire with your Circes session, up to seven days; you may be asked to sign in again.
